Isabella is a Senior from Carmel, Indiana pursuing a degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Human Resource Management.
This semester, she will complete her bachelor's degree as she also begins work on her master's degree in Human Resource Management through a Combined Degree Program with Daniels School of Business. Within the Barbara Cook Chapter of Mortar Board, Isabella serves as on the Executive Committee as the Vice President of Membership. Outside of Mortar Board, she dedicates her time to leadership within her sorority, currently serving as the Chapter President of Phi Mu Delta Epsilon Chapter. Before taking on this role, she held the position of Property Chairwoman and is also a three-year member of Phi Mu's New Member Education Board. Beyond this, Isabella is involved with Purdue University Dance Marathon for which she has held the role of Sponsorships In-Kind Executive and Donor Relations Chair. She has also served as a Team Leader for Boiler Gold Rush. Within her undergraduate colleges, she has worked for the past two years as a Teaching Assistant for TECH 120 and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
In the future, Isabella hopes to pursue a career in Human Resource Management with a particular interest in compensation and benefits as well as training and talent development.
