Andrea Romero is a Senior from Lisle, IL pursuing a BS in Computer Science with a Management minor.
She has performed in the Purduettes, a Purdue choir, throughout all four years of college, and enjoys taking part in events at the Latino Cultural Center. As of her second year, she has been a Leadership Development Student Facilitator for Purdue's Civic Engagement and Leadership Development office, facilitating workshops for underclassmen. For the past two summers, Andrea has served as a CS Teaching Assistant for the Purdue Bridge program that prepares incoming freshman with little coding experience for CS. In her third year at Purdue, she joined the Salsa Dancing Club and St. Tom's Hispanic Catholics. She is now a member of the Barbara Cook Chapter of Mortar Board and is Co-Directing the Emily Mauzy Vogel Sophomore Leadership Retreat.
