Samuel Dlott

Sam is a senior from Plano, Texas who is studying computer engineering with a minor in management.


Sam is involved in many groups on campus. He is a Resident Assistant at Cary Quad, a volunteer engineering tour guide, and plays cymbals in the All-American Marching Band. Sam currently serves as the President of the Purdue Student Engineering Foundation (PSEF) and works to increase the groups visibility and impact on campus. Through this role Sam co-facilitates the Purdue Engineering President’s Council a group of engineering club presidents looking to connect engineering organizations. Sam also serves as an ambassador for the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as the College of Engineering.


After he graduates, Sam hopes to drive to Oscar Meyer Wienermobile for a year then go work as a software engineer at Garmin in Kansas City where he was an intern last summer.
