CHRISTOPHER URIBE

(he/him/his)

Major: Biochemistry

​

Christopher is a Lafayette, Indiana native and is pursuing a degree in Biochemistry.

 

He is a member of the Barbara Cook Chapter of Mortar Board and serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Gowher Lab. In addition, he represents the College of Agriculture as an ambassador, serves on the Purdue Foundation Student Board, and is an active member of the Biochemistry Club. Outside of campus, he works as an EMT for Tippecanoe Emergency Ambulance Services (TEAS). Previously, Christopher served on the executive board of College Mentors for Kids and represented undergraduate students on the College of Agriculture’s Engaged College Program Committee.

 

After graduation, he plans to pursue a master’s degree in Physician Associate Studies, with the goal of specializing in pediatrics or emergency medicine.
