JOEY VETTER

Joey Vetter is from Avon, Indiana and is pursuing a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at Purdue University.

 

He currently serves as the Vice President of Scholarship for the Barbara Cook Chapter of Mortar Board, where he oversees their scholarship funding and leads initiatives such as the Awards Match. Beyond Mortar Board, Joey is a member of Sigma Gamma Tau, Purdue’s aerospace engineering honor society, and has been deeply involved in organizations such as the Zeta Beta Tau, Purdue Space Program and Purdue Orbital. Through his coursework and extracurriculars, he has developed strong interests in spacecraft dynamics, controls, and propulsion.

 

After graduation, Joey plans to pursue a career in aerospace systems design and development, with long-term goals of contributing to human spaceflight and sustainable aerospace innovation.
