PRAHARSHA MANDA

(she/her/hers)

Major: Psychological Sciences

Minor: Human Resource Management

Praharsha is from Seattle, Washington, and is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and minoring in Human Resource Management.

​

She serves on the Administration Committee for Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society. In addition to that, she is also the founder and President of Mana Telugu Association, the first student-led Telugu speaking organization at Purdue. She also is the Co-Treasurer for Psychology Club,  an organization on campus that blends both social and academic activities to educate students on psychology opportunities. She's also currently working as an undergraduate research assistant under Dr. Franki Kung as a part of the Conflict Collaboratory. She's currently researching productive workplace inclusivity and interpersonal workplace conflicts. Previously, Praharsha worked with TedXPurdue, Biomedical Humanities Book Club, Social Development Lab, and South Indian Association.

 

After graduation, Praharsha plans to receive her Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and plans to pursue a career that prioritizes keeping workplaces productive and inclusive.
